The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Finance Director who will be responsible for all financial aspects of our business and will manage the company's financial strategy and planning. You will also assess the company's financial performance as well as possible risks and investments.

A successful candidate should be a reliable professional with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles. You should also be a strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions.

You Will

Analyze the company's performance and risks and perform the financial planning based on the analysis results
Drive financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
Work with the finance teams at our Venture Capital investors and Banks
Building and maintaining 12 and 24 month forecasts and budgets for all financial statements
Work with city managers on city level P&Ls to help them stay within budget
Manage, coach and train accountants on your team
Supervise all audit and internal control operations
Create financial forecasts and present them to the company's executives
Build relationships with company's partners and investors
Create detailed reports on the company's financial performance, on a quarterly and annual basis
Make sure that company's financial operations are in compliance with financial laws and guidelines
You'll Need

CA/CPA designation
Experience working with Auditors
Startup experience (Nice to have)
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
