Key ResponsibilitiesHosting
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage reservations and waitlists.
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining table rotation.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host station.
Bartending
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
- Verify guest identification and comply with responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.
- Process beverage orders for both guests and service staff.
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
Serving
- Provide attentive and professional table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Make menu and beverage recommendations.
- Process payments accurately.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving, bartending, or hosting is preferred.
- Valid alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
