Opening in Fall 2026, Brand Studios is Halton Region’s first modern luxury self-portrait photography studio, based in Burlington, Ontario
We provide a clean, welcoming, and professional space where guests can capture high-quality photos using studio-grade equipment, without the need for an expensive photographer. Designed for simplicity and control, our studio allows individuals, families, and professionals to create content that feels natural, confident, and entirely their own. Whether it’s for a LinkedIn refresh, a personal milestone, or something just for you, our goal is to make the experience effortless, confidence-building, and genuinely enjoyable — from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave.
What the Role is:
We’re looking for a Studio Guide (also known at Store Associate) to join our team.
This is a guest-facing role focused on delivering a seamless and positive studio experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through their session, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating great experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, comfortable environment
- Check guests in and confirm bookings
- Clearly explain how the studio experience works
- Support guests throughout their session as needed
- Assist with photo selection using in-studio technology
- Respond to general inquiries (in person, phone, and email)
- Reset and maintain studio spaces between sessions
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Support overall day-to-day studio operations
Wha We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a customer-facing environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Reports To: Assistant Store Leader (ASL)
Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience and level)
