Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in the food industry and a passion for meal preparation. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Your expertise in food handling and safety will contribute to maintaining the highest standards in our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food storage.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
- Previous 3 years experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
