Job Description
The main duties performed as a Customer/Food Service Team Supervisor include the following:
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- To be able to work in every area of the business, front counter, food prep lines and kitchen food preparation.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Prepare food order summaries for the management according to requests from the customers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage records.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- To be ready to work in a fast paced environment with the right person in the right place at the right time.
Driver's license and access to a car would be an asset.
EXPERIENCE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL, BUT COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT TRAINING WITH A COMBINATION OF IN-STORE AND ONLINE TRAINING IN CORE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES OF KFC WILL BE OFFERED TO THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE. Employment letters will only be issued after successful training and probationary period.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
