We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Corporate Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of key accounting processes, including month-end close activities, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards, while driving continuous improvements in financial reporting processes and controls.
This role is based at Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre, with an in-office presence from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

With a strong foundation in accounting or finance, you bring the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
You excel in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, while also demonstrating the accountability and independence required to manage priorities and deliver results.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls, and demonstrates the ability to support, guide, and mentor junior team members.
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the integrity and efficiency of the Finance function. You will lead critical components of the month-end close process, deliver insightful financial analysis, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data to support informed, strategic decision-making across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 CAD to $92,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
