Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing manual tasks to support various construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a productive work environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate hand tools and light machinery with proper safety procedures
- Support team members in completing project tasks on time and to quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation as needed
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors
Skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial work
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and task coordination
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job requirements
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar roles is a plus but not required

Pay: From $1,800.00 per hour
