Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape Construction Support
- Assist with preparation of job sites prior to landscape installation
- Support installation of landscape features including:
- Patios and walkways
- Garden beds
- Planting areas
- Fencing and garden structures
- Assist with planting trees, shrubs, and perennials according to landscape plans
- Help install soil, compost, mulch, and other landscape materials
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the landscape construction team by supporting the creation of high-quality outdoor spaces.
- Prepare job sites efficiently, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are ready for landscape installation.
- Assist in installing landscape features such as patios, walkways, and garden beds, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas.
- Participate in planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, following detailed landscape plans to ensure a thriving environment.
- Help with the installation of soil, compost, mulch, and other materials, promoting healthy plant growth.
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials and tools, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and quality work.
Qualifications
- Experience in outdoor work or landscaping is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of manual labor, including lifting and moving materials.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and landscape plans to ensure high-quality results.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in landscaping, with a commitment to safety.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors on site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (required)
- Gardening: 1 year (required)
