Duties:
- Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
- Consult daily with the Head Chef on the daily requirements and functions,
- Assist in menu development and execution for Boy With Knife events.
- Experience in catering, hotel or events preferred
- Respect for other team members and a positive attitude are non-negotiable

- Role will be to support the upper leadership/management team
- Mentor and help with our entire culinary team of cooks
- Manage daily deli features
- Must enjoy production-type working conditions
- Help with food preparation and presentation
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of catering areas
- Take an active role in creating new recipes and inspiration
Experience:
- Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Culinary Diploma is an asset
- Food Safe Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
