Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent service are valued. Prior hotel or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Full- Time, weekdays and weekends and days.
Duties
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens
- Follow established procedures for handling guest requests and special needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards guests and team members
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols in hospitality or custodial settings is desirable
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude toward guest service
Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
