You will ensure physiotherapy practice is evidence based and in alignment with Alberta legislation and regulations, professional standards of practice, code of ethics and Recovery Alberta policy and guidelines. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of an assigned service area and monitor care delivery, identifying service needs and assisting other medical staff with caseload management, completing chart audits and providing follow-up and feedback to staff. You will participate in program development and operational planning and represent the department on committees or programs. You will make decisions on staffing level requirements, workflow, caseload priorities in collaboration with managers and other healthcare providers. Recovery Alberta is dedicated to supporting our PT's in their practice area and expanding their skillsets regardless of location. All Recovery Alberta PT's have access to a list of experienced clinicians across the province and are able to tap into this resource via email, phone and virtual meetings.
