We're looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to help lead the culinary team at our Brazilian-inspired sports bar and social club—a place where the atmosphere is electric, the food steals the spotlight, and nobody wakes up wondering what happened the night before.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing culinary team.
- Ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting like a winner.
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Helping create exciting new menu items inspired by Brazilian flavours and global sports culture.
- Keeping the kitchen running smoothly during game days, events, and packed services.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively during busy services.
- Experience with inventory management, costing, and kitchen operations.
- A team-first mindset and positive attitude.
- Brazilian cuisine knowledge is a bonus. Samba dance skills are also a bonus, but thankfully not a requirement.
