The Role
We're hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager & Content Lead to take on a key leadership role in our growth. This is a hybrid operations and marketing role combining:
- Warehouse Operations Management & Leadership: Receiving, inventory, packing, shipping, and warehouse staff supervision
- Content Strategy & Production: Social media, blog, video editing, campaign development, client engagement
- Operations & Finance: AP processing, invoicing, bookkeeping in our accounting software
You'll report directly to leadership and work across all areas of the business—no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Leadership (40%)
- Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, packing, shipping
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff — training, performance management, scheduling
- Oversee warehouse efficiency and process improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Ensure compliance and safety standards
Content & Marketing (35%)
- Create and edit social media content (video, photography, written posts)
- Write product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing copy
- Manage social campaigns (scheduling, engagement, analytics)
- Support client communication and relationship building
Finance & Admin (25%)
- Process accounts payable and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (Zoho Books)
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- General administrative tasks as needed
About You
Essential:
- Warehouse or logistics experience (receiving, inventory, shipping, or similar)
- Video editing and/or audio/visual production experience
- Strong written communication skills (able to write press releases, blog posts, marketing copy)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) or AP/invoicing background
- Experience with small business operations (comfortable multi-tasking and wearing multiple hats)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Demonstrated experience in THREE OR MORE of these areas: warehouse operations, public relations/marketing writing, video/audio production, accounting/invoicing
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, PR, or related field
- 5+ years of public relations or marketing experience
- On-set production or audio/visual technical background
- Social media management or content strategy experience
- Experience managing or mentoring small teams
- Bilingual capabilities
- Client-facing experience
