We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing expertise in pain management, medication administration, and home care when appropriate.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, medical history, and current best practices.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for accurate documentation, data collection, and patient tracking.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with medical research and advancements in family medicine to ensure evidence-based practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
- Assist in training medical office staff on clinical procedures and documentation standards as needed.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics preferred; experience in research or academic environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, acute care procedures, pain management techniques, and pediatric care.
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
- Experience with data collection for quality assurance or research projects is desirable.
- Competence in medication administration and home care services delivery.
- Prior medical office experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn new systems is essential.

Pay: $215,606.98-$531,233.14 per year
