In collaboration with the senior leadership and the business development group, responsible to perform market research and collect data in order to drive business growth. Gathers and manages data from all appropriate internal and external sources. Designs and distributes insightful research and analysis reports to improve critical business processes and identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
Provide research and analysis directly to senior level leadership to help guide corporate strategic decision-making.
Lead and design high visibility projects that drive ongoing business process improvement, lead generation and revenue growth.
Collaborate with business development leaders to understand data analysis needs and provide decision-making guidance.
Conduct industry, competitor, customer and market share analysis to improve business development efforts and identify new business opportunities.
Develop methods for evaluating the performance of marketing efforts and improving the marketing team’s impact on brand awareness, customer perception and revenue growth.
Improve the presentation and communication of marketing analytics across the organization.
Use data mining and other analytical techniques to gain insight into customers to improve the effectiveness of communications, products, and sales strategies.
Identify and source external tools and software for the improvement of data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities.
Train stakeholders on the use and interpretation of analytics and measurement tools.
Liaise with external vendors and manage vendor relationships.
Own and improve the organization’s marketing and business development data infrastructure.
Develop and distribute accurate and insightful reports to internal stakeholders using a combination of internal and external data sources.

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field
Work Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience
Knowledge: Strong marketing research background, interest in working on marketing execution, knowledge of industrial field (asset), experience with digital marketing (asset).
