Position Summary
K-Line Construction Ltd. requires a Civil Construction Project Manager, based out of our Fredericton, NB office. The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Planning and coordinating all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
· Managing project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and ensuring profitability targets are met
· Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure work is completed to specifications and quality standards
· Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
· Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and identify risks
· Ensuring all health, safety, and environmental requirements are followed on site
· Working closely with superintendents/foremen to monitor daily progress and resolve issues
· Preparing and managing project documentation including RFIs, change orders, progress reports, and billing
· Supporting estimating and pre-construction activities as required
Skills & Qualifications
· Civil or Survey P.Eng
· Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience required.
· Experience in underground infrastructure considered an asset.
· Based in Hanwell, NB.
· Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and hard working.

· All required safety training to be provided by K-Line Construction Ltd.
· Compensation commensurate with experience.
