Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Brunch and Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and a passion for the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the kitchen
