Neu Pilates Online Pilates Teacher Training
THE ROLE
We're looking for a part-time assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll split your time between supporting our sales process and our content/social operation — think inbox management, DM responses, lead tracking, and light content prep. This is an entry-level role with real room to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor and respond to DMs and comments across Instagram and other platforms
- Draft email responses and flag conversations that need a personal follow-up from the sales team
- Maintain and update the sales lead tracker — building follow-up lists, logging calls and emails
- Support brand ambassadors with community engagement and nurturing
- Assist with light content prep — graphics, templates, overlays, and sourcing assets for reels
- Optimize YouTube thumbnails and channel SEO (titles, descriptions, tags)
- Help with general admin tasks as needed
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Have strong social media skills and a good instinct for what performs - you understand the platforms, the formats, and how people engage
- Are passionate about Pilates, movement, or wellness
- Are organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling different types of tasks
- Can write in a warm, clear, human voice (no corporate-speak)
- Are curious about content creation and happy to learn on the job
- Want to be part of a growing wellness company
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Reels, etc.)
- Familiarity with Kajabi, Notion, or similar platforms
- Background in customer service or sales support
- YouTube or SEO experience
