The Inside Sales Representative will play an active role in customer sales & support, selling automation components such as servo motors, linear actuators, and other hardware for automated machinery and robotics. This position is on the front line of customer communications, dealing with customers in a professional and ethical manner, and will play an important role in the development of a positive company image and to the company’s success.
- Qualify leads supplied through marketing efforts
- Tracking and following up on leads
- Build quotations on standard products
- Communicate lead times to customers
- Communicate with engineers to ensure efficient follow up on non standard orders Develop and publish brand driven communications for Web and Social media Provide first line technical product qualification and support
- Limited travel within North America
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

- Education or experience in the field of Software Development, Electronics, Mechatronics or Roboticsis preferred
- Solidworks and Visual Studio experience is a plus
