'Join our team as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at My Top Drawer Limited at our head office located in Simcoe. This role is vital in ensuring smooth financial operations and providing exceptional administrative support to help our stores thrive. Active participation in all aspects of the business helps to maintain great team work and motivation
'Responsibilities'
' Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with store team inquiries both in-store and via phone.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support store staff with administrative needs to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare reports and assist with basic financial analysis as needed.
- Assist team with various computer programs, multi-line phone systems, POS system, Shopify and Telpay payroll aps. Learn the ability to manage and troubleshoot various business protocols
- Manage payroll incentive programs
- Manage HR and all compliance related tasks.
- Administration of Health Benefit
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures.
- 'Qualifications'
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook and many other supporting applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
