Receptionist
Our Kingsville law firm is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, detail oriented, and organized with excellent time management. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and a trusted and valued team member. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication skills and a friendly and welcoming personality.
The Receptionist role responsibilities include the following:
- Greeting clients.
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Managing calendars and appointments.
- Managing and maintaining client records and information.
- Drafting and preparation of documents and forms related to firm files as required.
- Opening and closing of files.
- Accounting and invoicing as needed.
- Banking as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a legal office is an asset but not required.
- Successful completion of post-secondary program from an accredited community or business college or experience in a related field beneficial.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, WordPerfect, Outlook, Adobe, Edge, and basic office programs.
- Above-average organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Experience with client and file management applications and a willingness to learn new programs and software.
- Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, financial institutions and other law firms.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Remuneration will be based on experience and applicable skills.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
