District Ice Cream is looking for a hands-on Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift.
This is not a desk job. Our Supervisors work alongside the team, lead by example, and ensure our standards are consistently executed in a extremely fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, accountable, energetic, and passionate about customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during busy service periods
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest engagement at all times
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence on the floor
- Follow and enforce all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Complete opening, closing, and shift checklists accurately and consistently
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs
- Ensure all merchandising, displays, and serving stations meet company standards
- Coach team members in real time and provide constructive feedback when needed
- Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, preparation, and general shop operations
- Support event preparation and execution as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We Are Looking For
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable providing direction and holding team members to company standards
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
