As a Site Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance by ensuring maintenance work is effectively planned, prioritized, and coordinated. Your contribution will help minimize downtime, improve asset performance, and support safe, efficient production outcomes.

Plan and scope maintenance work to support operational and maintenance objectives.

Coordinate resources, materials, and schedules with maintenance, operations, contractors, and vendors.

Develop work packages, task lists, and bills of materials (BoMs).

Monitor work progress and adjust plans to address changing priorities.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset data, and performance metrics.

Support cost forecasting, budgeting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant trade qualification (e.g., Red Seal, Journeyperson Trade Certificate, Engineering Technologist, MMP, or equivalent).

3–5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning within a Site Maintenance, Mining, or Processing Plant environment.

Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles, work management processes, and equipment reliability.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Site-based role working closely with maintenance, operations, and planning teams.

Dynamic industrial environment focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Regular collaboration across cross-functional teams to support maintenance and production goals.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$$85,400 -120,000 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
