Position Overview:
As the In-House Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance, development, and well-being of our employees. You will provide individual and team coaching sessions, focusing on career progression, performance optimization, and leadership development. Your expertise will support our CPA students, managers, senior managers, and principals in achieving their professional goals and driving the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual Coaching:
· Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for CPA students, focusing on career development, performance improvement, exam preparation, and professional growth.
· Provide performance coaching for managers, senior managers, and principals, addressing specific goals, challenges, and opportunities.
· Develop personalized coaching plans to enhance leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and delegation tactics.
Team Coaching:
· Lead dynamic team coaching sessions designed to unlock the full potential of our teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
· Facilitate workshops and interactive training programs that promote trust and feedback loops between mentors and mentees.
· Introduce cutting-edge coaching methodologies and best practices to keep our teams ahead of industry trends, enhancing their agility and resilience in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Leadership Coaching:
· Offer specialized coaching for emerging leaders, focusing on leadership styles, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
· Support senior leaders in navigating complex challenges, managing change, and driving organizational growth.
· Foster a leadership culture that prioritizes empathy, accountability, and candor.
Program Development and Management:
· Create and implement coaching programs that align with the firm's strategic goals and support employee development at all levels.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching interventions, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
· Collaborate with People Operations and Training teams to integrate coaching initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF, CPC) preferred.
· Experience in the finance, legal, or professional services sector.
· Proven track record of successful coaching in a corporate environment, particularly within finance, accounting, or law firms.
· Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by CPA students and professionals in high-pressure environments.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
· Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Innovative, adaptable, and proactive approach to coaching and professional development.
