Part-Time French Teacher - September 2026

Established in 2007, York Montessori School is an accredited Montessori school committed to providing a high-quality educational experience in a nurturing and stimulating environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time French Teacher to join our wonderful teaching team in Richmond Hill.
This position is approximately 2–3 hours per day, 2–3 days per week, working with children ages 3–6 as they develop an appreciation for the French language and culture through engaging, age-appropriate instruction.
Qualifications and Assets:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) with experience teaching young children
- AIM (Accelerative Integrated Method) training or certification (asset)
- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practice (asset)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Flexible and able to work within our school community
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C
- A current Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
- Up-to-date immunization record
