Hilton Garden Inn, Niagara on the Lake is seeking a dynamic and results -driven Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue and building strong customer relationships. As a Sales manager, you’re not just generating and managing group sales- you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect and quality leads though proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
- Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurture existing accounts and develop ne wones to grow overall revenue
- Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
- Lead end to end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
- Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage and meeting space and reservation information in the hotels sales management system and with onsite team
- Represent the hotel: Attend sales events and industry functions
