Job Description
Red Ram Truck Parts & Service is looking for a Heavy Duty Truck Dismantler to join our yard and end-of-life vehicle (ELV) salvage team. You’ll you’ll keep busy with multiple and diverse projects that support the preparation of our on-site inventory of HD Trucks for the final phase of their recycling journey on our property. So if you don't mind getting your hands dirty and are great with a cutting torch, we want YOU on our team!
Who You Are
- You have extensive experience with using oxy/acetylene torches
- You enjoy physical challenges, but embrace the concept of safely “working smarter, not harder”
- You learn best by “doing” and, with proper direction, are comfortable working with minimal supervision
- You come to work with a positive “can do” attitude and your infectious positivity turns every workday into a celebration; creating a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels like they’re on top of the world
- You work well alone, but also thrive on teamwork and enjoy jumping in “feet first” to help our team conquer challenges and achieve epic victories.
- You enjoy working with your hands and are adept at using air & hand tools.
- You're not afraid of hard work, are physically fit and able to lift 75lbs.
- You love being outside and are comfortable working for long periods of time on your feet throughout the year in all weather conditions
