We currently have an opening for a Material Handler at our Walkerton Manufacturing location, come grow with us!
To support the production departments (control, distribution, reactor and potted assembly) by supplying transformer coils as required by production loads.
Key Activities:
Work with internal department(s) and purchasing to perform periodic cycle counts as required
Specialized Training
- Basic electrical theory
- Hoist and fork lift training and certificates
- Previous manufacturing experience an asset
Knowledge of both the metric and imperial measurement systems required
Qualifications:
- High School (Grade 12)
- 1 to 2 years in a manufacturing environment in a shipping/receiving or material handling role
- Education in Manufacturing or Electrical Principals would be an asset
