Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cricket Coach to join our dynamic cricket academy. Duties
- Design and implement engaging cricket training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups
- Teach fundamental cricket techniques, including batting, bowling, fielding, and game strategies
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among participants
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Organize and manage practice drills, League matches, and mini-tournaments to enhance learning experience
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities
- Support the overall development of players by integrating fitness routines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or coaching cricket at youth or amateur levels
- Strong knowledge of cricket rules, techniques, and game strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athlete
- Passion for sports education and youth development
- Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to coaching and mentorship
