Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice based on their needs and preferences
- Manage cash register operations, including cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and organizing merchandise for easy access
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by balancing multiple tasks seamlessly during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus, especially for conducting product demos effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging customers and collaborating with team members
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, or retail operations will give you a competitive edge
- Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
