Genius Consultants Inc., a trusted immigration consulting firm, is seeking a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring professional expertise, client-focused service, and a strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional immigration consultations and assess client eligibility for various Canadian immigration pathways (Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, Work Permits, Study Permits, Family Sponsorship, etc.).
Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete immigration applications to IRCC and other relevant authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, regulations, and policy changes.
Communicate effectively with clients to collect documents, explain processes, and provide timely updates on application status.
Represent clients ethically in accordance with CICC/ICCRC guidelines.
Maintain detailed case files and manage applications using internal systems.
Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior staff or caseworkers when required.
Participate in client consultations, company events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Active Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the CICC (formerly ICCRC).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an immigration consultancy or law firm.
In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
