This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and working with vendors and internal departments in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Enter invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries
- Prepare and process payments according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate vendor information and documentation
- Assist with month-end accounts payable procedures
- Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain organized financial records
- Work closely with purchasing, receiving, accounting, and management
- Provide administrative and accounting support as required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Professional, dependable, and confidential approach
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
