The general scope of this positions includes but it not limited to:
Repairs all walls and wall coverings.
Install new drywall and wall coverings on new or existing partition walls and wood work as required.
Performs multiple tasks of painting and wall covering in a safe and professional manner.
Performs repairs to carpeting, and all type of floor tiles and wood flooring.
Performs touch-ups to all hotel furniture.
Responsible for the proper and safe handling of all paint storage, power tools, wall coverings, and all trade related supplies and tools.
Performs minor repairs to cabinets and furniture.
Performs a multiple of carpentry and related tasks.
Build cabinets wall partitions, suspended ceiling.
Responds to the needs and wishes of guests and other occupants of the hotel.
Is a team player and takes great pride in your work.
Job type: part-time Painter
Availability: Candidates must be available for morning, afternoon and night shifts, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week, based on the operational needs of the hotel.
