Functions:
A Part-Time Professor is required for the following course:
Écologie et justice environnementale
Faculties of Human Sciences and Philosophy
Description of the delivery mode : This type of course is offered in the classroom, in the presence of the professor and students.
September 9, 2026- December 9, 2026
Course description : Key issues and debates on ecology and environmental justice through the examination of specific case studies.
Required experience and qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in philosophy, the humanities, or the social sciences, or equivalent experience
- Research on ecologies and environmental justice, and their interplay with various power dynamics
- Teaching experience
- Passive proficiency in the second official language
- Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns.
- Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools
- Participate in three scheduled teaching meetings with members of the teaching team of the School of Social Innovation during the term
