We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator/Inbound Sales Lead to support our organization in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all interactions reflect professionalism and efficiency. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. ***note - This role is for Tuesday to Saturday's.***
Admin Duties
- Manage daily office tasks, including answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Utilize internal programs for document creation, payroll filling, and communication.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records for all clients & staff.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion, including booking of face painters and their schedules.
Inbound Sales Duties
- Responding to all inbound sales leads for The Big Bounce Theory from our website and text messages.
- Responding to all The Big Bounce Theory inbound leads through incoming emails and phone calls.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
- Act as the “in between” with clients and management for customer success.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
