Straightline Motor Group is expanding in the Medicine Hat market and has an immediate need for a Specialty Finance Manager. This role will be working between our VW & Kia operation, with endless opportunity. We are looking for someone with either prime or sub-prime finance experience in the dealership world to help us launch a standalone department and generate revenue for our dealerships while creating a great income for yourself.
The Medicine Hat market represents a massive opportunity for a sub-prime finance manager with the knowledge of credit re-building, understanding credit bureas, working with second-source financing and helping our clientele get back on track.
This role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing motor group. With access to 5 different new & used inventories from our group of dealerships, there will always be plenty of success to be had. This gives access to vehicles, sub-vented sub-prime programs and 15-20 different banking institutions to work with.
We offer very aggressive & above-industry pay-plans, with a focus on net profit post advertising and lead acquisition costs. As long as the ROI is in place, we will not limit the budget when it comes to lead spend and advertising costs.
