Job Overview
We are seeking a highly adaptable Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy medical clinic. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage changing priorities, and is comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinic operations, staff coordination, patient experience, and administrative oversight while ensuring continuity in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and administrative support
- Manage staffing logistics, onboarding, training, scheduling adjustments, and performance management
- Provide operational support during periods of high patient volume, staffing shortages, or workflow changes
- Assist with front desk and administrative duties as needed to maintain clinic efficiency
- Maintain and oversee electronic medical records using Accuro EMR
- Address patient concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with physicians and Clinical Director to support evolving clinic priorities and operational needs
- Support implementation of new processes, workflow adjustments, and operational initiatives
- Monitor clinic supplies, vendor coordination, and general facility operations
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, privacy standards, and healthcare regulations
Experience
- Experience in fast-paced medical environments with changing operational demands preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-demand environment
- Comfortable working independently and making operational decisions in real time
- Experience with Accuro EMR and medical billing procedures
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage staff in a changing environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role
