Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Welders (MIG) for a well-established client in Concord, ON, specializing in the manufacturing of duct systems using stainless steel and mild steel.
Position: Production Welder – MIG
Location: Concord, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Shift Schedule
Training: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
After Training: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel components.
- Weld and assemble duct systems and metal components according to specifications.
- Follow drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous MIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Experience welding stainless steel and mild steel is an asset.
- Ability to follow drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- CWB certification is NOT required.
