Complete administrative processes to research and capture Inbound Non-Compliance data in an accurate and timely manner. Promote/Train DC team to understand the Inbound Compliance process and ensure forms are filled out accordingly.
1) Actively present on receiving dock to train and support the auditing of inbound loads. Partner with Quality Assurance on ‘teaching’ inbound items.
2) Ensure the completion of non-compliance forms with supporting photos.
3) Enter form information and upload photos into WITS (Walmart Inbound Tracking System).
4) Oversee problem freight inventory for accuracy using the B271 report.
5) Ensure disposition of problem freight is received within LOS.
6) Research, analyze and respond to supplier communication inbox, offering solutions and guidance.
7) Leverage working relationships using two-way collaboration with Suppliers and Operations Management teams.
8) Create SOP’s and training programs for receiving teams.
