Required Knowledge and Experience
- Formal Education or Equivalent BS in Business Administration related field Marketing and International Trade
- Skills: Interpersonal skills. Communication and Motivation. Prioritizing tasks effectively. Considering many factors in decision-making. Developing new ideas to solve customers ‘problems. Strong quantitative and critical thinking.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitors warehouse employee productivity/quality in accordance with the standards developed by the operations group
- Assist accounts payable
- Prepares and submits such periodic reports as determined by the reporting manager
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach performance goals
- Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products
- Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet scheduling demand
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Develop warehouse operations system by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, invention management, and shipping
- Hiring and training casual/part-time
- Decision-Making Responsibilities for This Positions: Assisting and operating throughout several departments. Warehouse daily operation.
