Who are we seeking to join our team?
We are seeking an experienced "Service Availability Coordinator" for its Vancouver office.
You will contribute to the team by performing the following:
Process and manage customer requests to completion – availability requests to vendors from both internal and external sources, and ensure prompt customer communication
Prioritize the requests, set clear expectations and deliver on these timelines
Provide feedback to assist in internal processes and communication
Handle customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management as needed
Work with multiple vendors to determine service availability
Perform other duties as required
What do you bring to the team?
High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service related role required, preferably in a technology-related industry
Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Strong commitment to deadlines and work ethic
Ability to thrive in a challenging, demanding, and rapidly changing environment without close supervision
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (and the MS Office portfolio)
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with fellow team members, clients, and other internal departments
Detail-oriented with an appreciation for processes and process improvements
Desire and interest in pursuing a long term career in the technology industry
Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
