Responsibilities
Handling Inquiries: Manage inbound/outbound customer/vendor inquiries, bookings, negotiations, and authorizations. Address incoming calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, promptly attending to customer queries and concerns.
Communication: Effectively communicate verbally and/or in writing with customers/vendors. Provide comprehensive information about our services, guiding customers through the process to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings.
Complaint Resolution: Approach customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working diligently to find effective and satisfactory solutions.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry standards, controls, policies, and practices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences. Record interactions to understand and address customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve both individual and team goals, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work shifts on location between 6 am and 7 pm.
Other Duties: Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
Knowledge: Insurance and repair industry knowledge is an asset.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or call centre experience.
Skills: Proficiency in listening, organization, motivation, efficiency, and focus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Skills: Competency in Word and Excel.
Multitasking: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Training: Will be held at 48 Galaxy Blvd in Etobicoke. Duration: 6-8 weeks.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Mississauga, ON L5K 2P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Secondary School (preferred)
