The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Entrepreneurship & Venture Development Diploma in Startup &Technology Innovations related programs.
PTIB Standards:
Credential Requirement:
- Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Entrepreneur, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the same field
- Expertise in entrepreneurship, venture development, and/or startup ecosystems, particularly within the technology sector.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or instructional design, especially in business, technology, or innovation fields.
- Familiarity with PTIB requirements and experience with regulatory compliance in educational program development.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to fostering high-quality educational content.
Skills and Competencies:
- Business strategy and planning skills for business model development, strategic planning, and market research in startups.
- Innovation and creativity to generate and evaluate ideas, spot trends, and apply solutions to business challenges.
- Financial literacy in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and securing funding (e.g., venture capital, angel investment).
- Digital proficiency in tools used in startups, like CRM systems, project management software, and basic data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues, assess risks, and find solutions in uncertain environments.
Compensation:
- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
