Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business growth. This role involves high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and supporting the sales process. You’ll play an essential role in building relationships, generating new business, and contributing to the continued success of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales with opportunities for quick advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 120 cold calls per day, aiming to generate at least 2 leads and a 2.5% conversion rate.
- Accurately update and manage lead data in our CRM system.
- Identify potential clients and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
- Assist with follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.
- Support the sales team by tracking and reporting on sales metrics.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
