CoreBridge Wellness (CBW) is a premium fitness and wellness provider servicing luxury Tricon Residential communities across downtown Toronto. Our integrated approach combines strength training, movement analysis, physiotherapy, RMT, and holistic wellness to help residents live stronger, move better, and recover smarter.
With CBW expanding across multiple properties, we are seeking high-performing Personal Trainers who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Position Summary
As a CBW Personal Trainer, you will design and deliver customized fitness programs, coach residents through goal-oriented sessions, and support a positive wellness culture within each community. You’ll have access to boutique-style fitness facilities and the opportunity to build a strong recurring client base.
This role is ideal for trainers who are professional, coachable, autonomous, and eager to grow within a premium residential ecosystem. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends, as these are peak resident training hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group personal training sessions
- Conduct fitness assessments, movement screens, and ongoing progress tracking
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to client goals and needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
- Actively engage with residents to build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, RMTs, nutrition coaches, and wellness staff
- Follow CBW standards, policies, and service expectations
- Represent the CBW brand with professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (CanFitPro, CSEP, NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
- Liability insurance (required for Independent Contractors)
- Experience working in personal training, strength & conditioning, group training, or health coaching (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of strength training, corrective exercise, and movement mechanics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with high accountability
- Professional, punctual, and consistent in client management
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends

- Competitive session-based split under CBW’s Independent Contractor structure
