At Oona, we’re creating something different. We’re building a place where exceptional care meets genuine connection, with a team of curious, compassionate professionals who thrive on collaboration, creativity, and making life easier for families.
As one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies® (2022-2025), we take pride in being self-sufficient and well managed. Each team member, from practitioners to administrators, is trusted to make smart, thoughtful choices that support our patients and our team. We value flexibility, curiosity, and respect, and we believe work can feel meaningful and joyful.
Our mission is simple: to create a calm, inclusive space where people feel cared for and supported through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and beyond.
We’re growing, and we’re thrilled to be bringing Oona’s care to the Meadowvale community in Mississauga as part of our newest franchise location, opening in September 2026.
We’re looking for a passionate, skilled Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our new Meadowvale clinic. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team serving families, and individuals navigating pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
You’ll provide hands-on, individualized osteopathic care to patients who are often navigating some of the most meaningful chapters of their lives, and you’ll do it with the support of a team that has your back. You’ll work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, mental health practitioners, and other Oona team members, all under one roof.

-
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in good standing with a recognized professional association
-
Experience in perinatal, and/or pediatric care, or a strong motivation to develop in these areas
-
A collaborative, patient-centred approach (you thrive as part of a team, not just alongside one)
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
-
Curiosity, flexibility, and a people-first mindset
