Job description:
Duties: The Employee (Relief Supervisor) will perform production line duties and related tasks, following all Company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety and quality programs, and reasonable management directions. The Employee will carry out duties with a continuous focus on OKFD’s core priorities—Safety/Food Safety, Customer Service, and Quality.
- Follow all Workplace Safety procedures
- Follow all Food Safety Program procedures
- Production Management team support for daily duties, ensuring the execution of all production, safety, and food safety requirements
- Ensure strict Quality Control of all ingredients, products, and packaging
- Organize, direct and coach line worker staff to develop efficient production practices
- Ensure all Plant Paperwork is accurately and fully completed for production, packaging, sanitation, and all aspects of the OKFD Food Safety Program
- Ensure safe work practices are performed by all staff
- Provide line coverage when lunches or other duties are a priority for Line Worker staff to achieve daily goals
- All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- A positive attitude
- Previous production experience is considered an asset
- Basic computer, reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Successfully complete 6-week OKFD training program
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task while being a contributing member of the team
- Shift work, including weekend shifts, with flexibility to adjust as coverage is needed
- In depth knowledge of line worker duties
- Knowledge of safe operation and troubleshooting of production and packaging equipment
- Thorough understanding of OKFD Food Safety Program
- Thorough understanding of OKFD Plant Safety Program
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis (no graveyard shifts)
- Able to be a team player and effectively communicate with others
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position
