Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on digital initiatives and be responsible for strategic and tactical marketing programs. Reporting to the Director, the manager will play a key role in developing and implementing effective, measurable digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, retain and upsell existing customers and capitalize on opportunities to raise brand awareness and increase sales/market share in a highly competitive industry.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the digital elements of the marketing mix, integrating with offline efforts. S/he will also have a solid track record managing projects from start to finish, including planning and strategy, working with product managers, creative teams, IT and outside vendors to maximize revenue through product sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to drive increased prospect and customer engagement, creating online marketing campaigns, contributing to website development, assisting with product positioning and tracking digital marketing campaigns to provide recommendations for future marketing efforts. S/he will be involved with the strategic planning- setting KPIs, determining timing and priority of digital initiatives, etc

Responsibilities
Managing a web team and work collaboratively with content managers, Supplier Marketing Mangers, developers and designers.
Analyze SEO, PPC, paid search platforms and maximize ROI.
Research new technologies to keep the organization on the cutting edge of digital marketing.
Support and execute online marketing direction spanning website projects, content generation, SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, user experience, campaigns etc.
You will work with the industrial and market portals to ensure we have the best data feeds, highly optimized RFQ programs and excellent editorial exposure
Use CRM to manage, develop and segment customer databases and to identify opportunities to improve targeting, grow sales and strengthen customer relationships

Qualifications and Experience
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
project management experience
Experience with CMS
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience in the industry an asset
Experience with SaaS solutions
