The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a combined inside and outside sales role — you'll be quoting and closing from our Langley office while also getting out to meet contractors, builders, and homeowners in the field.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of residential and commercial clients including contractors, developers, and homeowners
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates
- Follow up on leads, walk clients through product options, and close sales
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site consultation as needed
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with production and installation teams on project handoffs
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in windows, doors, building materials, or construction
- Strong communication skills — phone, email, and in person
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit targets
- Valid BC driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Familiarity with window and door products or the construction industry is a strong asset
Compensation
- Base + commission — OTE $80,000 to $140,000
