As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Head Office team and play a key role in scaling digital growth across the business.
This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong analytical thinking and understands how to turn marketing performance into measurable business results.
You will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, improving conversion performance, and optimizing customer acquisition across multiple digital channels. From paid advertising and website optimization to CRM automation and analytics, you will manage and improve the full digital marketing funnel from awareness through conversion.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, testing strategies, and continuously improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Performance
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, lead quality, and conversion performance
- Execute and scale Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Support TikTok and YouTube advertising initiatives as needed
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and cross-channel performance allocation
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking
Website Optimization & Digital Performance
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites for performance, SEO, user experience, and lead conversion
- Optimize WooCommerce storefront performance and customer journey
- Coordinate with external SEO partners on technical and on-page SEO initiatives
- Manage website deployments, staging environments, hosting updates, and uptime monitoring
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels across multiple digital channels
- Create and improve lead nurturing workflows to increase booking and conversion rates
- Develop email, SMS, and automation campaigns to support engagement and retention
- Implement audience segmentation, lead scoring, and personalized communication strategies
- Run A/B testing across landing pages, ads, and funnels to improve performance
- Manage CRM integrations and automation workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel, Make.com, and webhooks
- Streamline lead handoff processes between marketing and clinic teams
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages for campaigns and promotions
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, acquisition costs, and ROI across all channels
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights and optimization strategies
- Prepare reports aligned with business goals, growth targets, and sales objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with strong ROAS optimization results
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools such as SEMrush
- Experience managing and optimizing WordPress websites
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tracking
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar systems
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, and other productivity platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads is considered an asset
